In this free clinic, a personal trainer will instruct on how to properly run in the pool Aqua running is easier on joints and great for when you can't get outside for a run or just to add a new dynamic to your training. It has been proven that runners can maintain and even boost their fitness levels by running in the pool. It is actually great for injury prevention and rehabilitation as well. Perfect for runners of every experience level. Beginners to advanced athletes can attend. clinic is 50 minutes long and includes a main workout and recovery time. Free for Members and non-members pay a day pass fee.
